Commercial Cleaning in Vancouver: What to Include in Your Quote Request
A useful cleaning quote starts with a clear picture of your property. Before comparing prices for an office, shared building or commercial space in Vancouver, send the same brief to every provider.
Start with the spaces and priorities
List the rooms and shared areas to be cleaned: washrooms, kitchens, meeting rooms, entrances, stairs and floors. Add the approximate floor area, occupancy and the tasks that matter most. Photos help explain the condition of the space.
Separate routine work from occasional tasks
Identify the work needed each visit, then list extras such as interior glass, appliance interiors or detailed floor care. Ask the provider to state what is included, excluded and separately priced. A lower total means little if the scope is different.
Explain access and timing
Share your preferred frequency, opening hours, parking arrangements, alarm procedure and the person who can approve access. Flag sensitive surfaces, restricted rooms and items that should remain untouched.
Agree on a simple check-in process
Choose a contact for feedback and agree how missed tasks or additional requests will be handled. Keep the written scope with the quote so both sides can refer to it.
AAE Cleaning welcomes enquiries from Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Send your location, property type and cleaning priorities so the team can review the scope and prepare a tailored quote.
